Updated 4 November 2026. This notice describes the public Spore website. Clinical information and use of the separate application are also subject to the notices, consent arrangements and terms supplied through that service.

Information you provide

If you contact us or book a conversation, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and enquiry. The contact form and booking service are provided through HubSpot. Please avoid including sensitive client or medical information in general enquiries.

Website operation

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver the website, such as requests, IP addresses and browser information. We use information provided in enquiries to respond and communicate with you.

Optional analytics and replay

On the public production website, optional analytics load after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can choose “Essential only” and continue to browse. Local design previews do not load these analytics services.

• Google Analytics 4 helps measure website use and acquisition, including page views, referring sources and campaign information.
• Statsig supplies website interaction analytics and session replay.
• Sentry supplies error monitoring, sampled performance traces and sampled session replay. Its replay configuration masks text and blocks media.

These services may use browser identifiers and technical information. Their processing may take place outside Australia. We do not ask you to enter clinical information into public website analytics. Identifying visitors by an enquiry email is not enabled in this design.

Your choice

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can reopen the choice using the button below. Disabling analytics after they have loaded reloads the page to stop this website from initialising them again. This does not delete data already processed by a service provider.

Contact and requests

For privacy questions or to request access to or correction of information you have supplied, contact support@spore.clinic. Avoid attaching sensitive clinical information to an initial email; ask the team for an appropriate channel.
