Spore combines a practitioner directory, an EMR and care coordination in one product, alongside connections to referrals and paid clinical work. Practitioners can explore the care model, the platform, or both. Contact the team to discuss which parts fit your practice.
Will I stay involved with my client?+
Continuity is central to the Spore model. The existing practitioner relationship remains part of care, with involvement guided by the treating team, the client’s consent and each practitioner’s scope.
Does joining Spore provide prescribing authority?+
No. Platform registration does not grant prescribing authority or establish treatment eligibility. Authorised Prescribers hold their own relevant authorities, and clinical decisions remain with qualified treating practitioners.
